  • Coach practices & Competitions (UP TO 4 Times PEr WEEK)*

  • ATTEND local and travel tournaments & DMV SCRIMMages*

  • FOSTER skills and character development

  • BUILD A POSITIVE TEAM CULTURE AND COMMUNITY

  • Mentor captains & Players both on and off the field

  • BE 18 yrs+ and USAU certified coach

  • receive a coaching stipend & COVERED EXPENSES

*COACHING coverage is shared among multiple coaches. Attendance AT both practices and competitions desirable.
